Steven Orandello: Driven by Purpose, Growing Through Resilience

Steven Orandello Sr., born on July 8, 1969, to an Albanian mother and Italian father, grew up on Long Island with an entrepreneurial mindset.

He got his start young, delivering newspapers, running lemonade stands, and helping neighbors around his community. Even back then, Steven’s focus was more on helping people than on making money—a value he now instills in his two sons.

In the early 90s, Steven began his career on Wall Street, learning the ropes of finance and business. Years later, he pivoted to the mortgage industry, where he launched his own mortgage bank. When he recognized the potential of the internet for lead generation, he and his partner developed an online advertising tool that quickly set them apart.

As the mortgage industry changed, Steven shifted his focus to digital marketing and co-founded Hozio in 2009. Today, Hozio has grown into a 10,000-square-foot agency with over 60 employees, recognized among the top 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

Steven attributes Hozio’s success to his team’s dedication and a results-driven approach. He is continually inspired by Tony Robbins and relies on daily meditation, gratitude journaling, and NLP techniques to stay positive and resilient.

As a cancer survivor, he knows the importance of a strong mindset and believes in the power of gratitude and personal growth.

Married to Diane for 26 years, Steven is a proud father to Steven Jr., 25, and Vincent, 16. He currently lives in Seaford, NY, near his business in Holbrook. Each day, Steven is ready to take on new challenges with optimism, motivated by family, personal growth, and a commitment to help others succeed.
